Jack Hong

I have always been drawn to meeting people from different backgrounds and walks of life. I grew up in Australia, but have been fortunate to live and work around the globe. My life journey has taken me to Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and now New York City.

Throughout these travels, I have worked at multinational financial companies and law firms of all sizes. Earlier in my career, I worked at Bloomberg LP and U.S. Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Subsequently, I embarked upon my career in law in the litigation department of Proskauer Rose LLP in New York, after which I joined a leading minority-owned immigration firm. I understand that in order to be exceptional, I must take a genuine interest in each and every client, and provide the kind of dedicated service and attention that they each deserve.

I thrive on challenges and relish the chance to go against the status quo. I was drawn to life in the United States and New York in particular because I fell in love with the ideals that this country was founded upon. Being a pivotal part of the clients’ journey to build their lives in the United States is what I find most rewarding. As I am making my own American dreams a reality, I consider it my calling to help others find their way to doing the same.

I currently live in Harlem and work in Brooklyn. Since I consider New York my hometown in America, I am a major supporter of all the local teams and particularly enjoy basketball and football. Life is an adventure and there are many more places I am excited to visit, the next stops – Brazil, Spain and the United Kingdom.
